Liver Cake Recipe
My favourite - Liver Cake!!
Homer's favourite past time is eating (much to the disgust of the vets, he is on a permanent diet for being a
bit 'lardy') Thought I'd share his favourite recipe with you (apart from clotted cream, jam and scones, but I can't really list that as a dog treat)
All dogs love this recipe, but be warned, it absolutely stinks whilst preparing it!!!
1 pound liver
1 pound self raising flour
1 full bulb of garlic
1 egg
Makes around 8-10 bags
Blend the garlic with the liver until it makes a smooth paste
Add flour and make a dough
Add the egg to bind it all up
Put on a non stick tray in oven 175 or gas mark 5 for about 30 mins until cooked
Cut up into small pieces (better to do it the next day if possible), bag up and freeze until needed
